Yes – I want you to be happy!

First week of our I.C.E outdoor group training is free to enjoy.

We also offer a free consultation for those who are serious about making a commitment and ready to learn the key steps to success.

What happens if it rains?

You may get wet! We generally don’t go out of our way to make you run around in the rain, that is just silly. We train undercover when it rains – however bring a jacket.

Do you treat injuries at PCF?

Injuries have all shapes, sizes and variables. We provide rehab exercises for PT/ Semi private clients. Bootcamps are group based and if you are concerned about a injury, we advise you call us prior your session to discuss. I will advise on strengthen and a body maintenance routine to help you stay on top of your game. We also work with other professions and can refer you if need be.

What sort of commitment or length of packages do you have?

PCF have a number of options and packages. Some of our services are on going and flexible, others are run on set blocks.
3, 6 or 12 month options are the most popular.

I haven’t exercised in years – is that going to be a problem for me?

No – during our initial consultation we will discuss goals, injuries, health issues, current exercise etc.
Everyone is a individual and at different levels – we will advise you on your best plan.

What role does Nutrition play?

Think of your body as a furnace. You’ve got to feed it nutritious rich meals to fuel it – to fire up the furnace that is your metabolism. Pile on processed foods, sugar, alcohol, junk that has no nutritional value, and it’s just like throwing water on a fire. You’re extinguishing your metabolic spark!

The first component of any fitness program is food, and that’s the one so many people have trouble with. I can show you ways to eat that actually help you lose weight—honest—when you eat the right things at the right times, again making it part of your three fitness components.

Muscle Equals Metabolism, Strength, Stamina and Vitality

Resistance training is a vital element as well. You may have heard that you can “walk the weight off,” but I haven’t seen it happen often or easily. Resistance training complements the aerobic training in a unique way, and I can teach you how to engage in the combined activities for the very best results.

Women – you’re not going to get bulky. Women don’t have the genetic make up for that to happen. You will get stronger and have a smaller, tighter body. You’ll build a great base from which to combat osteoporosis and you’ll move with more confidence and grace.

Cardio Equals a Stronger Heart and Lungs plus Helps Blast the Fat

Aerobic fitness, of course, is the part that most people know about. Having a healthy heart is extremely important, and moderate, appropriate aerobic exercise is the right way to achieve that. But if you think that it’s cardiovascular exercise that is going to melt the pounds away, think again. It will help with fat loss and is an important component, but unless you combine the big three, you’re missing the essential elements that must be in place to succeed.
