Aerobic fitness, of course, is the part that most people know about. Having a healthy heart is extremely important, and moderate, appropriate aerobic exercise is the right way to achieve that. It will help with fat loss and is an important component, but unless you combine the big three, you’re missing the essential elements that must be in place to succeed.
