About PCF

Life is what we make of it, always has been always will be!

There is a lot of noise out there now a days in the fitness industry. A lot of contradicting programs and I’m not surprised your confused on what is the most effective way to achieve your goal. Unfortunately a lot of this ‘stuff’ you read and see on social media is false or sugar coated to sound exciting and interesting.

I work on evidence based coaching and keep it real . I simply provide the facts and help you over the hurdles but, it is up to you to take control and create good habits which build to big things.

Everyone is busy, so why not learn the facts, put your mind to it and let me guide you through the process by providing the knowledge, experience and accountability needed. Say goodbye to yo – yo diets, the lastest fads and extreme 8 week challenges.

You will always come unstuck if you follow this path. I have seen it many, many times. It’s painful to watch, someone commits to endless hours of cardio or skipping meals to consume less calories and after the initial excitement where’s off, they come crashing down with injury, sickness, burn out and no result for their hard work!

If you are ready to make a genuine change and commit to the process, you will be rewarded with all the advice and commitment from me to help you become  happier, healthier, stronger and more confident.

Are you ready to achieve something special with your health and fitness?

If so, complete the contact form and let’s talk…

About me

I’m a Sports Nutritionist, Certified Fitness Coach, PT and Husband and a Father to 2 wonderful daughters. I am a local from Manly, Brisbane and have also spent 3 years overseas travelling, working and playing sport.

For years I also struggled with food and exercise never really having the balance right between the two.

After being fit and playing 2nd division Rugby League in London UK , I slipped into a downward spiral of drinking beer and eating badly. Fast forward 2 years 1997 I realised I had a weight problem when I hit 98kg (now 76kg).

I trained hard lifting weights, did boxing/ martial arts and then took up running as my weight dropped and my confidence and ability grew.

I now started believing in myself. These days I LOVE to run (long) and in 2014 and 2016 completed Australia’s LONGEST Ultramarathon – 240km Coast to Kosciusko (yes there is a 80km mountain included to get to the finish line). This was a goal I set some 6 years earlier.

It was NOT a easy or smooth path for me. I badly injured my back in 2011 and was told NOT to run more then 10 km at a slow controlled pace. (Yeah right, just watch me – I recall thinking).

Everyone’s goals and journey’s are so personal and different, but I am hear to tell you, you a capable of BIG things if you have the DESIRE and BELIEF.

I look forward to making your LIFE better.

Aim High and Believe!
